Program Account Manager - Energy Efficiency | ICF International | Tulsa, OK

ICF International is currently seeking an outstanding individual to join
its Energy & Resources group to work in Tulsa, Oklahoma. ICF's Energy &
Resources practice offers results and solutions to a broad range of
clients in the energy industry in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We
have advised both private and public sector clients in all facets of the
energy industry for more than 30 years.
To support our growth we seek a Program Account Manager to work in our
Energy and Resources Practice (ER) with our Energy Efficiency Line of
Business. In this role you will provide critical program account
management services for ENERGY STAR New Homes Program primarily in
Tulsa, OK.
The Energy Efficiency group is a leader in designing and implementing
effective and innovative demand side management strategies, including
energy efficiency, demand response, and peak load management. Our
thorough understanding of our clients' needs enables us to help energy
companies, governments, and commercial clients worldwide to manage
energy consumption and peak demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key market
actors in the residential construction industry including home builders,
HERS raters, public officials, and public interest groups.
- Conduct
recruitment activities to achieve the program goals.
- Maintain strong
ongoing communications with participating home builders and HERS raters
in order to achieve program goals.
- Provide technical, administrative
and marketing assistance to home builders and HERS raters.
- Contribute
to the evolution and expansion of the program.
- Contribute to the
deployment of program marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct market
ally outreach and training as needed.
- Prepare and deliver status
reports that accurately describe activities in the field and to monitor
progress toward program goals.
- Coordinate with or follow up on program
QA/QC activities as needed.
- Report to Project Manager activities by
participants that are out of compliance with program or industry
standards, of questionable ethics, or which in any way diminish the
effectiveness and/or the integrity of the program or of the client, and
make recommendations for appropriate corrective actions, such as
assistance, education, or sanctions (probation, suspension, expulsion)
- Make recommendations for recognition of participants who have made
significant contributions to the success of the program.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years of experience with
residential energy efficiency programs/projects.
- Demonstrated
capabilities in building and maintaining relationships with key market
actors in the residential construction industry including contractors,
inspectors, real estate agents, and public officials.
- Outstanding
analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Experience within the
residential construction industry (i.e. HVAC, insulation, etc.)or
experience working with EE/DSM programs (utility, public agency or
non-governmental organization sponsored)
- Knowledge of residential
energy-efficient technologies & processes
- Knowledge of whole house
building science principles
- Willing to travel within the region on a
consistent basis
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and
US/Oklahoma policies for residential energy efficiency
- Knowledge of
energy efficient building practices and technologies
- Business-to-business sales or recruitment experience
- RESNET certified
HERS Rater
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
